£36914 to £49553 per annum (pro-rata if applicable) depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

The University of Nottingham, School of Law is embarking on an exciting recruitment programme to build on educational and research excellence within the School and are looking to recruit an Assistant Professor in the English Legal System and Legal Skills, to lead the school’s teaching regarding the English legal system and work with the legal skills team to deliver legal skills and broader competencies teaching within the curriculum.  You may also contribute to core undergraduate teaching in one or more of the following courses tort; contract; public law; EU law; land; trusts or teach an optional module particularly consumer, employment, family or child law. If you are committed to inspiring and engaging students, and to developing pedagogical understanding to influence the practice of teaching or improve the student experience, we want to hear from you.
