The KFG asks about the role of international law in global change. It investigates whether a value-oriented juridification of international relations can continue to be exercised, or whether this development is replaced by processes of reformalization or even deprivation and even a recourse to classical elements of international law in order to respond to an emerging structural change towards a polycentric world order react. Further information can be found at http://www.kfg-intlaw.de/. The Kolleg Research Group is based at the Humboldt University in Berlin.

 

Responsibilities:
Research assistant at the DFG Kolleg Research Group (KFG) "International Rule of Law - Rise or Decline?" 
Preparation of an international law dissertation in the field of research perspectives

 

KFG 
Collaboration on publications 
Collaboration in project organization and organization of events

 

Prerequisites:
1. state legal examination

 

Desired:
predicate exam; 
Priority area examination in international law; 
Very good knowledge of English; 
Subject-specific stays abroad; 
Readiness for indisciplinary research; 
Interest in the questions of the Kolleg research group
