Lecturer in Law - Technology Transactions

USC is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach Technology Transactions in Spring 2021.  This two-unit course exposes students to the anatomy of business contracts generally, the important aspects of patent, copyright, and trade secret law from a transactional and general counsel perspective, and other relevant substantive law and practices at the intersection of contracts and intellectual property.  Candidates must have a JD and at least two years of experience in practice, including experience in the course’s subject area.
