Department of Urban Planning & Spatial Analysis

The candidate will be able to teach graduate level courses with a focus on leading groups through project-based work. The candidate will provide feedback to teams in regards to a planning and development topic.  Must be able to analyze projects and cover concepts such as financing and regulatory issues.

The successful candidate should possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as MPL, MRED, MARCH, MLARCH, MPA, MPP, MBA, PhD).  Candidate must also have significant professional experience in planning or a related field.  Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.

The position is not restricted geographically and can be filled by a candidate with broadband internet access.  Adjunct instructor responsibilities include delivery of course content utilizing existing course design; conducting office hours, being accessible to students and grading on a timely basis.
