Your tasks: • Further development and maintenance of examination and study regulations • Study course controlling (interdisciplinary matrix, capacities) • Organization and implementation of the administrative processes of all processes involved in quality management at the faculty • Procurement and preparation of all relevant information on current topics • Further development of quality assurance measures in the decentralized quality management of the faculty • Advice to students and teachers The work requires close cooperation within the Dean's Office, with the Examination Office and networking with the other Dean of Studies and student advisors at university and university level Faculty level and other departments. Your profile: You have a good academic degree (diploma, master or master) in a social science subject if possible. Good knowledge of university structures and experience in the area of the organization of studies and teaching is expected. In addition, experience in quality management of degree programs, in counseling, knowledge of the structures of examination and study and admission regulations as well as very good German (fluent) and English skills are desirable.
