Recruitment PeriodOpen December 16th, 2020 through Sunday, Jan 17, 2021 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) DescriptionThe UCLA Disability Studies Program unit seeks a lecturer for Spring 2021 (AY 2020-21) to teach an upper division undergraduate seminar in the Disability Studies program. Given the interdisciplinary and evolving nature of the field, Disability Studies at UCLA is looking for our instructors to represent multiple perspectives, and we encourage applicants from a wide variety of backgrounds to apply. The Disability Studies 191 course will be an in-depth study of major themes in disability studies research. Themes vary will by instructor and term. Students pursue independent research related to course theme, with guidance from instructor, then share and critique other student works in progress.
