Position description

Position: Lecturer
The Department of Economics is currently accepting applications for temporary part-time Lecturers for the 2021-2022 academic year. Appointments may be available in the following fields:
• Microeconomics
• Macroeconomics
• Econometrics
• Industrial Organization
• International Economics
• Labor Economics
• Financial Economics
• Public Economics
• Urban and Transportation Economics
Appointment will be effective for Fall quarter (September 20, 2021), Winter quarter (January 3, 2022) or Spring quarter (March 23, 2022). Salary will be based on UCI salary scales, ranging from $6,201.91 to $7,556.12 per course and is commensurate with teaching experience.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

MA in Economics or a relevant field
Minimum two years of teaching experience
