Duties and responsibilities
  • Teaching on the 1st and 2nd level of higher education.
  • Supervising research and trainee practice of students.
  • Active participation in research and development activity focusing on the enhancement of the field of youth work.
  • Promoting the speciality of a youth worker and raising awareness of its importance in the society.

Required qualifications
Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.

Required experience
  • Prior work experience in the field of youth work.

Required language skills
C1 in Estonian, knowlege of professional English.

If the candidate has acquired the higher education in question abroad, he or she may be required to submit an assessment issued by the Academic Recognition Information Centre (the Estonian ENIC/NARIC) of his or her qualification in respect of the qualification requirements for the position.
