Qualifications Doctoral degree in Political Science or a closely related field by the appointment date. ABD candidates near completion may also be considered. Demonstrated excellence in teaching, including: Teaching philosophy statement Course and curriculum development experience Effective use of classroom technology and experiential learning Teaching evaluations, awards, or other evidence of pedagogical effectiveness Commitment to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in teaching and service.
