Postdoc in Paleoanthropology (m/f/d; TV-L E13, 100%)

Areas of expertise include human evolution, biomechanics and evolution of the brain and cognition. A virtual anthropology and morphometric background is desirable. The position should start at the earliest possible date and will be limited to 2 years with the possibility of renewal for 2 additional years.

The successful candidate should show an excellent research and publication record. He or she will be expected to collaborate on existing projects of the Paleoanthropology group at the Center, contribute to Center activities (symposia, colloquia, retreats) and to the teaching of the Paleoanthropology curriculum. Requirements for the position include a Ph.D. in the above mentioned fields or equivalent and an outstanding research record.

Salary will be according to the German Salary System TV-L 13, 100%. The University of Tübingen wishes to enhance the share of employed women in research and teaching.
